Training summary
The training allows the acquisition of knowledge and skills related to the engineering of adult training in all areas of human work.
It includes lessons relating to the professional and scientific evaluation of activities and training systems registered within a work organization or an institution.
This evaluation leads to a design of resources and support systems for professionals and institutional groups.

Training aims
- Preparing trainees for concepts and instruments specific to training engineering
- Train future training engineers in the concepts and tools of communication, systemic analysis and organizations as well as the dynamics of professional collectives
- Prepare trainees to design training systems both face-to-face and remotely, using Information and Communication Technologies for Teaching (ICT)
- Train trainees in the design of training content on a theoretical basis based on various contributions: professional didactics, psychology of learning, theories of activity and action, social and organizational psychology, training sciences, etc. .
- Introduce trainees to the specific epistemology of the field of research - intervention
Advantages of the training
The first advantage of the training lies in the diversity of the team of trainers which is made up of professionals and experienced researchers.
The second advantage lies in the strong anchoring of training activities (teaching) and research (the dissertation) in areas of intervention, which makes it possible to develop concrete and institutionally valuable engineering and intervention skills.
The third asset lies in the diversity of the trainee audiences and areas of investigation, which allows each student to multiply the areas and areas of application of concepts and methods and to understand them in detail and concretely.
The last major advantage is the possibility of extending the Master's degree either in the field of study invested (through better employability or career progression), or in the context of research professions.

- Develop techniques and methods for consulting, steering and supporting groups in adult training situations and/or adult training design
- Cdesign support systems and training resources based on an institutional order and for the attention of the professional groups concerned
- Build a field of intervention and research combining transformative aims and epistemic aims (or knowledge construction)
- Build knowledge and conceptual and methodological tools anchored on an epistemology specific to context engineering and intervention sciences (action research, intervention research, technological research)
- Produce a written end-of-study document allowing both to report on the scientific knowledge produced in the field of investigation and to address perspectives and recommendations to the participating professionals and the organizations concerned.
