Prerequisites for exercising the function: role, missions, responsibilities and diversity of postures

Integration of the work-study student: the keys to authentic communication and successful delegation

Support for the work-study student: knowing how to transmit, promote and evaluate skills

Stakeholder management: maintaining the partnership with the training organization and monitoring the progress of the work-study student

The final assessment of tutoring: evolution of the posture of tutor towards the posture of “accompanist-trainer”
