Master – Heritage Law

The Master's degree in heritage law is a training course fully integrated into its environment which includes two Master 2 courses:
- legal heritage engineering
- notarial law.

The Master's degree in heritage law is intended to provide students with effective and highly professional training and allows them to acquire high-level knowledge in each of the courses offered. This training also offers specialized lessons: real estate development, acquisition financing techniques, contractual techniques, transfer of professional assets, etc.

The mission of the Master's degree in heritage law is to provide students and professionals with a second cycle of university studies specialized, depending on the course, in heritage law, on the one hand, and notarial law on the other. somewhere else. 

More particularly, within its unique heritage law specialty, it offers two complementary professional paths which are marked by a community of legal, tax and financial techniques implemented to serve the specific objectives of the professions and activities concerned.
