Training summary

This training is multidisciplinary and allows you to understand the contexts and the changes that shape the framework in which the tourism sector and its stakeholders operate. It makes it possible to analyze organizational issues and establish a strategic diagnosis.

Training aims

Train executives and experts in hospitality management in tourism and in the management of companies specialized in the tourism sector, capable of creating and supporting operational and innovative projects for the development and promotion of tourism organizations and territories .
