Training summary

The “Management of the Physical and Mental Well-Being of Individuals and Organizations” course of the STAPS Master in Sports Management aims to train stakeholders from the fields of sport, health, education or even work capable of improving individual and collective well-being.

This training allows you to develop skills to manage, manage and organize physical well-being through skills in physical and bodily activities and mental well-being through skills from the field of positive psychology. Stakeholders must be able to set up programs, for individuals or organizations, which will improve their individual and collective well-being, thus contributing to improving their functioning in their field (sport, health, education or work). ).
