Description of the WEU
The objective of this UEO is to introduce you to a physical and sporting activity.
You will be able to immerse yourself in a bodily experience to understand its effects and its benefits on your physical and mental health.
UEO Rugby Seven: it is engaging safely in a collective combat activity which requires a large expenditure of energy, rapid information gathering and a rapid response.
Practice Rugby Seven in order to:
- Knowing how to act effectively to transform yourself into the game of Rugby Seven with its specificities;
- Communicate, take initiatives;
- Technically work on passing gestures;
- Learn the general offensive and defensive movement of Rugby Seven;
- Do physical preparation work adapted to the very intense effort of Rugby Seven;
- Go from a reduced pitch (1/2 pitch) for learning to an all-terrain game;
- Understand the major differences between the XV and the 7.

- Implementation of methods and tools from the disciplinary field
