They intend to cooperate within EURESTRA, a European university, for responsible transformation.

EURESTRA is made up of 12 research universities which share a common transversal vision of Europe and a commitment to the world, particularly in Africa. These complementary universities are linked by shared resources and values, having already proven themselves in terms of common achievements. EURESTRA aims to provide a global perspective on relations between Europe and the rest of the world, in particular with Africa, in the context of difficult global transformations. It aims to be a platform for exchange for higher education beyond borders and continents.

The 12 partners will develop joint interdisciplinary programs among themselves and with selected higher education institutions in our global university network, with innovative teaching approaches and pioneering methodologies in education and research. All activities will respond to the growing demand for sustainability with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
