Description of the WEU

The objective of this UEO is to introduce you to a physical and sporting activity.
You will be able to immerse yourself in a bodily experience to understand its effects and its benefits on your physical and mental health.

Badminton is a racket sport which pits either two players (singles) or two pairs (doubles) against each other, placed in two half-courts separated by a net.
The players hit a shuttlecock which must be passed from one side of the net to the other without making a mistake and made to fall into the opponent's field in order to score. The rally ends as soon as the shuttlecock touches the ground or remains caught in the net.
