Students enrolling in the first year of a Bachelor's degree

Registrations at the University of La Réunion will take place from July 1 to 19, 2024.

Registrations are done exclusively online. Admission and registration procedures can be viewed by profile, on this page.

The admission/pre-registration procedure

The admission phase to join a 1st year (License, BUT, Engineer preparatory cycle, DU CPESIP) must take place via the national portal Parcoursup.

  • final year student preparing for a French baccalaureate,
  • candidate holding a French baccalaureate or a DAEU and having never registered at university in the LMD cycle,
  • Foreign candidate from the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, or the principalities of Andorra and Monaco preparing a diploma giving access to higher education other than the French baccalaureate
  • candidate holding or preparing for a level IV French diploma other than a baccalaureate
  • candidate national of the EU, the EEA, the Swiss Confederation, Monaco or Andorra, holders of or in preparation for an equivalent to the French baccalaureate (diploma obtained outside the EU)
  • student already enrolled in higher education wishing to enroll in the first year of a bachelor's degree at the University of Réunion.
  • student registered at the University of Reunion and wishing to reorientate in another first year of license, PASS, or BUT at the University of Reunion.
  • A doctoral student must validate 180 ECTS to be able to defend his thesis.
  • For doctoral students funded by: CIFRE, employee, joint supervision or long-term stay, the calculation of the number of ECTS will be in proportion to the time spent in the research unit.
  • The training is based on a choice of modules made by the doctoral student.
  • Training in research ethics and integrity has been mandatory for all doctoral students since the decree of May 25, 2016.

Candidates who have not made a wish on Parcoursup between January 17 and March 14, 2024 for one of the courses at the University of La Réunion, or who have had all their wishes refused, can register in the additional procedure from June 11, until September 12, 2024. Not all training courses will be open on June 15, only those with vacant places will be offered over time. It is therefore essential to log in regularly in order to know the opening or closing status of a training course. Registration

Inscriptions start on July 1 and upon receipt of the baccalaureate results for new baccalaureate holders.

They are made must be filed online at the address : https://ins.univ-reunion.pc-scol.fr/

Register in 4 steps:

  • Pay the CVEC
  • Create your file online
  • Get your appointment
  • Collect your student card on your future campus!

Student Life and Campus Contribution (CVEC)

This contribution is established in order to promote social, health, cultural and sporting support for students.

Before you register, you must pay the student and campus life contribution (CVEC) on the CROUS website. For the year 2023/2024, the amount is 100 euros and must be paid online.

The CVEC certificate must be downloaded online, it concerns all scholarship and non-scholarship students.

It will be mandatory for your registration at university.

University rights

The amount of fees set by the Ministry amounts to 170,00 € for license registration.

Administrative registration must be carried out at each academic year and must be validated: fees paid and card issued.

Only administrative registration confers student status, allows you to take exams and obtain a diploma.
