Admission concerns students coming from another higher education establishment, people who can benefit from the validation of studies, professional experience or personal achievements for access to different levels of higher education, people wishing to reorient themselves at the end of an academic year and people applying for a selective course.

You must refer to the information according to your level of study.

Before applying, high school students, students, or people returning to studies are invited to consult the training catalog from the University of La Réunion to discover the programs, objectives, possibilities for further study and professional integration of each training course. »

You are concerned if:

  • You are a CPGE student registered at the University of Reunion who wishes to redirect towards a gateway which is not provided for in the admission regulations.
    • If the bridge is provided for in the admission regulations, it will not be necessary to put together an application file. Administrative registration will take place at the opening of the July campaign and upon presentation of the ECTS credit certificate, obtained under the CPGE.
  • You are a CPGE student, and you have not completed dual registration at the University of Reunion.

Do you want to develop your skills and progress in your professional career? The University supports you in your return to study.

To join a 2nd or 3rd year of license, professional license, BUT or engineering cycle you will have to apply exclusively on the portal Admission.

Do you want to join training but don't have the necessary qualifications?

For example : You would like to join a master 1 and you do not have the required diploma (no license 3rd year or not of Bac+3 level), however you have professional experience that coincides with the desired training. You will therefore have this experience recognized by creating a VAPP file.

You are concerned if:

  • Students who do not have the prerequisites or the equivalent of the required diploma
  • Candidates with professional or personal experience related to the targeted training

Foreign students, from a country which is not covered by the Campus France procedure, holding a higher education diploma abroad and wishing to enter a 2nd or 3rd degree, professional license, BUT or cycle engineer must apply exclusively on the portal Admission.

Apply for the first year of a Master's degree

Application from February 26 to March 24 (23:59 p.m. Paris time) on the My Master platform and on the Admission platform for validation of acquired knowledge.

An additional session will be open from June 25 to 30, 2024 for training courses for which vacancies are declared.

Entry into a master's degree is no longer a right, even with a degree from the University of La Réunion. There law of 23 December 2016 provides for the procedures for admission to a master's degree.

From this year, students must enter their application form for training (excluding training provided exclusively for continuing education audiences) on the national My Master platform.

There are 3 procedures for applying:

  • On the platform My Master
  • On the platform Admission for applications via validation of prior learning
  • On the platform Admission for continuing education

  • Students in their 3rd year of bachelor's degree or having obtained an equivalent higher level +3 diploma (professional license, bachelor's degree, etc.)
  • Students enrolled in the 3rd year of a degree at the University of La Réunion
  • Students enrolled in the 1st year of a master's degree who wish to move towards another M1
  • Students coming from another French higher education establishment
  • Students coming from another foreign higher education establishment in the European Union or from a country which does not have a French campus space.

This procedure does not concern: requests for access through validation of prior learning and applications for training courses exclusively offered in continuing education.

Whether your diplomas are French or foreign, the admission decision taken in your regard will depend on reception capacities and will be notified to you subject to reservation if you are awaiting results for the current academic year.

NOTES:

Apply for second year of Master's degree

Submission of application files is done via the application Admission from April 22 to May 22 You will need to prepare a file accompanied by supporting documents.

Access to M2 will be legal for students of the University of Reunion, who will validate their M1 of the same mention during the year.

  • Students coming from another French or foreign higher education establishment in the European Union.
  • Students having validated the first year of the same first year of the master's degree in another higher education establishment or for a previous academic year 2022-2023.

NOTES:

  • Students who do not have the prerequisites or the equivalent of the required diploma
  • Candidates with professional or personal experience related to the targeted training

can benefit from the  validation of studies, professional experience or personal achievements.
