Procedure
Submitting an application for a secondary school teaching position open for transfer, secondment or recruitment requires:
- Registration of the application on the GALAXIE portal of the Ministry of Higher Education and Research
- The documents will be deposited online
Registration of applications on GALAXIE: From April 25, 2024 at 10 a.m. (Paris time) to May 10, 2024, 16 p.m. (Paris time).
Important: the declaration of candidacy must be printed and kept throughout the procedure.
It is recommended to submit applications to the application in advance so that, in the event of an incomplete file, the missing documents can be requested from the candidates and sent before the application closes.
The application and submission of documents to be attached to the file are required et dematerialized in the GALAXIE application for the application to be valid.
Consequently, the University of Reunion will not accept any files in paper format. Any incomplete file will be declared inadmissible.
No automatic email from Galaxie will be sent to you reminding you of the dates of the wish entry phase.
It is therefore up to you to follow the status of your file and read the establishment's decisions via the Galaxie application to find out if your file has been classified between Thursday, May 30, 2024, 10 a.m. (Paris time) and Thursday June 6, 2024, 16 p.m. (Paris time). In the event of classification, you must express your wishes for assignment.

Recruitment of non-permanent teaching staff
Decree n ° 88-654 of May 7, 1988 relating to the recruitment of temporary teaching and teaching assistants

The University may recruit full-time and part-time university professors and associate lecturers under conditions and subject to compiling an application file (in particular providing all the documents enabling the admissibility of the application to be judged). Entering applications

Submission of nomination files
The application file is dematerialized. All documents must be submitted in the GALAXIE application BEFORE the application closing date.
